Who We Are
At UCP Seguin, we believe in Life Without Limits.
Since 1949, UCP Seguin has empowered children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence, inclusion, and personal success. Through innovative programs, community partnerships, and person-centered support, we create opportunities for people of all abilities to live, learn, work, and thrive.
Our mission is to provide pathways to independence for individuals with disabilities and support for their families. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, make meaningful choices, and actively participate in their community.
Serving communities throughout the Chicagoland area, UCP Seguin offers a wide range of services, including residential support, employment services, community day programs, recreation, and family resources. Together, we are building a future where every individual can experience a Life Without Limits.
What We Do
Volunteers assist with concession stand operations at concerts, sporting events, and special events at Soldier Field. Through their service, they help generate funding that supports UCP Seguin programs for people with disabilities and children in foster care.
Every shift helps create opportunities, build community connections, and make a lasting impact.
